Apple Genuine Repairs now available!

We are really excited to announce the addition of Apple Genuine Parts to our stores. We can now offer Apple Genuine screens and batteries to our customers. We source these parts directly from Apple. In addition we now have access to all the same systems and software that the Apple store has. Which means we can run full device diagnostics. We can calibration new Apple genuine screens and repair Touch ID and Face ID to fully working order. We are offering Genuine Parts for iPhone 6S and newer.

The genuine parts will be added to our product line up. We will now offer Standard, High, Premium and Genuine qualities for iPhone screens. We will also offer aftermarket and Genuine iPhone batteries. New marketing materials will be available explaining the difference in qualities. We are also working closely with Apple’s Team on offering other repairs and products.

This has been a strange year for us. The pandemic delayed the launch of our Genuine Parts program but we are excited to keep moving forward. We have several other products that were scheduled to launch this year and we hope to still launch a few before the end of year. I want to thank everyone for their support this year.

Emergency Phone Repair during Covid-19 Pandemic

Hello All,

We decided to remain open during the Covid-19 Crisis. Phone repair is an essential service because for a lot of people its their only form of communication. We have altered our store hours to 10am-6pm and our AV mall location has fully closed. Lancaster Blvd will remain open offering two new services. In an effort to combat the pandemic we are no longer accepting walk-in traffic. We will offer curbside drop-off and pick up. Also “no contact” home pickup and drop by appointment only for those people that don’t want to or can’t leave the house.

For Curbside you can pull up to our BLVD store and call 6617260726 and someone with gather your info and come out the car. Upon taking your device it will be immediately sanitized and disinfected. Your phone will be repaired. Sanitized and brought back out to the car.

For Home pickup call 6617131082 and schedule a day and time to have the device picked up. The driver will call you when they arrive and you can place the device at the door. It will brought back to our Lancaster store. Repaired and Sanitized. And a return appointment will drop your device back off in the same way.

Any devices left at our Palmdale store are being transferred to our BLVD location and customers will be notified.

During this time exclusively we will move to electronic invoices to collect payment. It is very important to limit our physical interactions. We are working hard to keep up with a very high demand. If you can’t reach us via the phone please email customerservice@nextgentech.io

We finally did it! APPOINTMENTS!!!!! NEW Lower cost phone repairs! Must read!

We have few company updates to make our customers lives a little easier. First off our most request feature for the last seven years has been the ability to make appointments. We know everyone has busy lives and cannot always come in on our slow times. We also understand our busy times can have up to 2 hour wait times. So we tested a few different appointment systems over the last few months and we found one that works for everyone. We partnered with Square Appointments to launch our new appointment system. Now you can get your phone or tablet fixed on your time not ours. There is three ways to make an appointment either in-person, on the phone, or simply thru our online booking page. There is a few restrictions. First the appointment must be made at least 4 hours in advance in order for us to accommodate our walk-in customers. Second you must arrive 15 mins early or your appointment can be cancelled or delayed. Finally changes can only be made up to 2 hours before your appointment. We are really excited to start offering this to our customers.

Next we have been very busy with at least half a dozen new projects and services to make you get more out of just the local phone repair shop. Our focus for 2019 is improve the services we offer and save you even more money. Our customer service rating is already amazing as you can see right here. But we are constantly working on a project to improve that. We have a couple new projects launching over the next few weeks.

For a little sneak preview when they are ready we are going to launch refer-a-friend a reward program for referrals. A loyalty program for those customers with big families or prone to breaking their phone. And finally a project we are ready to test today. Internally code named Project Switch, it is a program that will offer low cost screen replacements to our most expensive devices. We are talking $150+ off if your phone qualifies. We are testing it currently for the following phones: iPhone X, iPhone XR, iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, Galaxy S8/S8 Plus, Galaxy S9/S9 Plus, and Note 8. Come in or give us a call to see if your phone qualifies for this program. We are opening up testing for this new program today!

Finally we have recently expanded our service offerings to include not only Phones and tablets but we are also fixing laptops and video game consoles now. Our goal is still to give you the best repair we can with our industry leading service and policies to help our customers everyday. Our last announcement for today is simple. We are always working on improving and for the last two months we have been testing greatly improved quality of high quality aftermarket iPhone screens. If you haven’t experienced our new high quality screens the time is now. And guess what the price is not increasing even though our quality has.

Ask and you shall receive! Introducing the NeXt Protection Plan.

This year we began by setting out to offer the services and options that our customers are requesting. If you been a customer of ours usually you receive a survey via email after our repair has been completed. Well we read every one of those surveys and we are rolling out several programs our customers have requested. Starting with the most requested.

Introducing the NeXt Protection plan. This has been our most requested new service for at least two years. It took a lot of work behind the scenes working with our customers, our suppliers, and our employees. Our goal with this program was to make it worth while for our customers by charging a very low price.

As many know we have a hassle free limited warranty included with every repair we complete. With the NeXt Plan our limited warranty will double. So for screens that have a 90 day warranty if you purchase the NeXt plan the warranty will double to 6 months. But as an added bonus we are including 1 accidental damage of the screen for an additional deductible. So if you have the NeXt plan you can have one broken screen replacement for a low deductible of $15. This is a major money savor for our customers. Example our current price for an iPhone 7 plus repair is $100 for a high quality screen. If you purchase the NeXt Plan for $9.99 and break the screen again and pay the $15 deductible. Your second screen replacement will have costed $25 total, saving our customers $75 in this example.

We have a handy FAQ section linked on this page. Currently this program will only be for iPhones or iPads. It will included all iPhones and iPads. We will be looking to expand this program in the future to include other devices. Currently we have to fix your phone first in order to purchase the plan. Temporarly if you recently got your device fixed and still under warranty we can add this plan to your account. You will have to come in to inspect the device. Some rescrictions will apply please review the terms and condtions when purchasing the NeXt Plan. We hope our customer will LOVE it. Please contact us with any questions.
